Time to get churched…

Considering the work of God’s Spirit in our culture has often seemed like a spiritual maze to me. Conflicting counsel, varied experiences and perplexing scriptural passages have often left me less than inspired. A quick warning; the night may come with the airing of a few spiritual grievances…

 

Nonetheless, I believe the Spirit to be the most relevant element in any believer. Speaking this way may very well evoke some charismatic images and/or memories for some of us, but my intention is to invite us to consider the work of the Spirit in broader expressions.

 

Just what expressions can we expect of the Spirit? Who gets it? And when? And why? And for what?
