That Is The Question Part 3 – and MUSIC!
I had a long talk with a professional coach (not my coach, to be clear) this week about how practicing a skill benefits the person doing the practicing, whether they ever feel like they are getting really good at that skill or not. In this case, we were talking about their golf game, so as a non-golfer I had to take them at their word about the particulars, but the principles made sense right away. I might never be able to hit a tricky bunker shot like (insert great bunker shot-maker here), but if I practice making that kind of shot, I’ll get better at it. This week when we gather at 10:45 am at The Plett Ranch (e-mail me if you need the address), we’re going to practice asking our beliefs more beautiful questions. We might not walk away feeling like we’re a pro, but we’ll get better. 🙂
And also, as per the subject line, MUSIC! It’s been a while because…summer…but this week we’ll enjoy some music together. So good!
And, as always, we’ll check in with one another in Community Time. Real Life happens, and for the most part we live it better if we share it with others.
For those far away or unable to be present in person, we’ll livestream here.
As always, we do these things in the interest of exploring what we believe, and because we don’t think anyone should have to do that alone.
I’ll see you on Sunday.
