Hello Tablers. In terms of the larger historical time-line of concepts of God, the Trinity is a relative new comer. That said, it’s enjoyed some pretty good traction. And, like so many potentially instructive ideas about God, it’s been used in ways that are sometimes helpful and sometimes destructive. This Sunday, I want to consider some of the ways that thinking of God as triune might be helpful when it comes to teaching us how to relate to one another (by which I mean “human to human”) better.
