That Is The Question Part 4

Hey all – there’s a line from an old Marc Jordan tune where he sings, “September marks my life out of time,” a reference to how the rhythms of the school year tend to outline the seasons. I know it’s still August (one of my favorite months), but it feels like the change of rhythm from summer to school is percolating just beneath the surface, even if you’re not a student. I say, let’s welcome that by having it remind us that thinking deeply about our lives, the world around us, and what we believe, are all potentially joyful activities. We get to do it!

When we gather this Sunday (10:45 am, at the Plett ranch, for the second-last time this summer), we’ll continue our exploration of asking beautiful questions with some further practical application of the principles we’ve been considering. Come prepared to participate in discussion about the next part of the process, in which we begin to focus our inquiry on what is actionable, on what we can actually change and what that might look like in our everyday lives.
