Hi Everyone,
Tim Plett is still away and so that gives us the chance to hear from another member of our community! This week Anna Bshouty will share with us what look to be some interesting and insightful thoughts:
“In response to moments of doubt, confusion, or hopelessness regarding the destiny of our world, we are often encouraged to have a child-like faith.
But where does this phrase come from? And what is meant by child-like?
This Sunday I would like to explore what scripture says about being child-like and the possible limitations of coining our faith in this way.”
We’ll be meeting at Sam’s Place this week, and remember that the Kid’s Table is on hiatus for the summer, but that kids are (of course) always welcome!
