We’re Going to a Party!

Hey folks – this Sunday is the annual Winnipeg Pride Rally, Parade and Festival at The Forks. For our gathering this week, we’ll be meeting at VA Cafe at our usual time (10:45 a.m.) and then walking together over to the Forks. We’ll decide with whoever shows up how we wish to take in a combination of the Festival and the Parade, and proceed from there. Also (at the risk of lurching into paretalism), the forecast is for hot, sunny weather, and the parade route in particular has very limited shade so make sure to bring water and dress for the conditions. 🙂
