Heat Wave! Folk Fest! Summer Vacation Report?!

Hello everyone. We’re in the midst of a fine summer weekend – how delightful! There are lots of potentially re-creating ways to spend a Sunday morning, and I want to encourage you to deliberately choose what will speak best to your body, mind and spirit. That said, if you choose to gather with the community of The Table on Sunday, you’ll find us at Creative Manitoba (245 McDermot Avenue, 4th floor). As is my custom after I’ve been away, the Talky Bit will be some musings about ideas I bumped into on the road that felt like they were meant to be brought home as “souvenirs” for the people that comprise “The Table”.

A reminder that there will be space made available for the Littles, but no programming.

Also, a full-hearted “Thank You!” to everyone that took on extra responsibilities while I was away. I felt both free to go, and aware that I was missing something special.

If you do end up at Folk Fest, keep an eye out for me on Sunday afternoon/ evening. It’s good to connect, where ever and how ever that happens.
