This week is a Full-Circle Sunday, and we’re going to be hearing from Misty!

Here’s a little bit of what to expect:

“Misty here: I’ll be doing my best to fill in for Tim Plett this week as he is on vacation.

As she usually does, Judi’s talk got me thinking.  Judi talked about the politicization of our interactions.  I am not going to talk specifically about that because I can’t say politicization:).  What I have been thinking about since that week is that really loneliness is an epidemic.  It has impacts on many if not all of us in some ways.  I have put together some ideas to think about and then we will chat.  What do we think can be done?  What do we wish for?

We will record the first (my part) of the talk for the podcast.  The talking part will not be recorded to allow everyone to feel safe in the conversation.”

As usual, we will be meeting downstairs at the VA Cafe (171 McDermot Ave.). If you haven’t been yet, you should come out. It’s a nice space with clean washrooms, good coffee, and ample free parking! When you come in the front doors, grab some coffee from the counter, and head to the stairs all the way at the back.
