Our Gatherings: We meet every Sunday from 10:45 a.m. – 12:00 noon at the VA Café (171 McDermot Avenue, in the Exchange) in the lower level Event Space. If necessary, we post updates about changes to that on our website, where you can also find our weekly blurb and other info about the community including ways to support this adventure financially.
We also livestream our gatherings on our private facebook page, which can be found here.

Community Gathering at 245 McDermot – Join us for our weekly gathering at 245 McDermot Avenue (4th Floor). We get started with coffee around 10:30am, and community gathering at about 10:45am. Kids Table is on for the littles during our gathering. There are two entrances, the stairs are located at the corner of McDermot & Arthur (SE corner of the building), and the entrance to the elevator (please note it is very slow, but it does work, just requires extra patience) is located along the east side of the building on Arthur Street. Community Gathering at U of W – Join us for our weekly gathering he University of Winnipeg. It's located on the 4th floor of Wesley Hall. That's the castle-ish building that faces Portage Avenue on the main U of W campus (515 Portage Avenue). Coffee at 10:30am; we get started around 10:45am. Details about finding our gathering: Enter the building by the main front doors (right in the middle of the front of the building, on the Portage Avenue side). There is a red and white campus sign on the grounds to the left of the doors that says "Wesley Hall", and we'll put out our sign as well. Once inside, go straight ahead up the first short set of stairs, and take the wide curving hallway to your right. Once you go around the curve (if you find yourself in a bright, modern-looking space you've gone too far), you will see the elevator in an alcove on your right. It comes promptly when called, and is blisteringly fast compared to the one at Creative Manitoba. Take the elevator to the fourth floor, exit to your left, and you'll be in the Club. Whew! Also, just a reminder that there will be no Kid's Table this week. I'll be using some multi-media stuff during the service, but I may not be able to keep the kids' attention the whole time. So maybe bring along some activities to share. |
